My Mindful Year with Sas Petherick

My Mindful Year with Sas Petherick

If you're interested in Mindfulness you should check out Sas Petherick's My Mindful Year (as she says, it's not the "taste your raisin for ten minutes type that makes me want to self-harm").   It's an invitation to a year of reflecting, savouring and noticing.  She explains it far better than I can here. She will be sharing a theme every month and you can join in on Instagram at #mymindfulyear. January's theme is Restful Moments.

I met Sas in 2013 on our life coach training programme.  I attended one of her gorgeous retreats in 2014 and have been enjoying her blog posts since then.

For me, mindfulness is noticing whatever makes you feel good, and doing more of it.  It could be music, meditation, cooking or walks by the sea.  Whatever floats your boat.  As a friend of mine said "when I want to feel good I put on all my Charlotte Tilbury make-up and lounge around in my robe".  Very Joan Collins.  Have a mindful and glamorous 2016 friends.
