My Mindful Year with Sas Petherick

I met Sas in 2013 on our life coach training programme. I attended one of her gorgeous retreats in 2014 and have been enjoying her blog posts since then.
For me, mindfulness is noticing whatever makes you feel good, and doing more of it. It could be music, meditation, cooking or walks by the sea. Whatever floats your boat. As a friend of mine said "when I want to feel good I put on all my Charlotte Tilbury make-up and lounge around in my robe". Very Joan Collins. Have a mindful and glamorous 2016 friends.
