In 2014 I took a break from working in tech to come back home to Ireland from San Francisco, follow my passion for food, and spend 3 months at the Ballymaloe Cookery School. I've been writing about my cooking adventures on this blog since then.

I taught a cookery class in Dublin, The Calm Kitchen, on mindfulness and de-stressing through cooking. After spending some time doing private chef and catering work, I returned to the tech world in 2018.
